Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ONX Pickleball website. It describes the small amount of information the site holds, why it holds it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

ONX Pickleball operates this site as a catalogue for our paddles. For anything in this policy, contact us at [add your contact email].

What we collect

Only three things, and only when you give them to us:

• Your account. If you sign in, we store your email address and your name. Signing in with Google means Google tells us those two things — we never see your Google password. We also store which role your account has, so the site knows whether you are a shopper or a member of staff.
• Comments you leave. The text you write and the name shown alongside it. Comments are reviewed before they appear, and once published they are visible to everyone.
• Buy-button clicks. When you tap a button to Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada, we record which button it was, which marketplace, the page you came from, and the time. We do not record who you are — not your name, not your account, not your IP address. It is a tally of which listings get interest, nothing more.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not buy or sell personal information.

Cookies

One kind only: the cookie that keeps you signed in. It is set when you log in, cleared when you log out, and it is not used to follow you around the web. If you never sign in, the site sets no cookies.

Where it is stored

Accounts, comments and click counts live in a Supabase database (Sydney, Australia), which also handles sign-in and stores our product images. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our service providers and process this data on our instructions.

When you leave for a marketplace

Buying happens on Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada, not here. Once you tap through, you are on their site under their privacy policy, and we do not receive your order, payment or delivery details. We only know that someone tapped the button.

How long we keep it

Account details for as long as the account exists. Published comments stay until you or we remove them. Click counts are kept in aggregate and hold nothing that points back to a person.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete your account, or take down a comment you left. Email [add your contact email] and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your profile and unlinks your comments.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying sports equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
