These terms apply to the ONX Pickleball website. By browsing the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

What this site is

A catalogue. It shows our paddles, their specifications and our recommended prices, and it points you to the marketplaces that sell them. You cannot check out here — no orders are taken and no payments are processed on this site.

Buying

Every Buy button hands you to Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada or a direct listing. From that point the sale is governed by that marketplace’s terms and the seller policies shown there, including payment, delivery, returns and warranty.

Prices here are shown in Philippine pesos and are indicative. If a price, stock level or specification on this site differs from the live listing, the listing is what applies.

Product information

We take care to describe paddles accurately, but specifications can change between production runs and photographs are illustrative. Nothing on this page makes a paddle’s specification a contractual promise.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate details when you register. We may suspend or remove an account that is used to abuse the site or other people.

Comments you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to show it on the site alongside your name. Comments are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove anything that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, someone else’s work, or an advert.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape or copy the catalogue for a competing listing.
• Do not impersonate ONX Pickleball or another person.

Our content

The ONX name, the logo, the paddle photography and the text on this site belong to ONX Pickleball. You may share links to any page freely. Reproducing the images or copy elsewhere needs our permission.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including products shown, without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ONX Pickleball is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you buy through a marketplace we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law
